Boga & Associates is pleased to announce that                                      Senior Associate, Jonida Skendaj, is promoted                                      to Partner. She has joined the team of six                                      partners, taking the number of female partners                                      to four.

                                     Jonida Skendaj joined the firm in 2004. She is a                                      specialized business lawyer and assists clients                                      on any business law aspects, including                                      corporate, employment, taxation, competition law implications, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property.

She also assists banks and financial institutions, companies engaged in the energy sector in their day-to-day activity, including compliance and regulatory issues. Jonida is an active author and participant in many publications and forums, particularly focused in areas covering tax and antitrust issues.

She graduated in Business Law (“Maîtrise en Droit des Affaires”) at the University of Paris X Nanterre, Paris, France in 2002 and obtained a Master Degree in Business Law (“Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies en Droit des Affaires”), in 2003 at the University of Paris X Nanterre, Paris, France.
