On Tourism

Law No. 83/2026, amending the Law on Tourism, introduces several important changes to Albania’s tourism framework.

The amendments address, among others, seasonal restrictions on construction activities in tourism areas, new categorization and classification requirements for accommodation facilities, electronic guest registration, waste management obligations, and enhanced protection of public access to beaches.
