Albania | Law On Automatic Exchange of Financial Accounts Information

Read through our Tax Alert and learn more about the law no. 4/2020 “On automatic exchange of financial accounts information” effective from 12.03.2020.

The new law provides for the obligation of reporting financial institutions to report annually to the Albanian tax authorities the information on accounts of their clients who are tax residents in foreign jurisdictions and the annual automatic exchange between governments of such financial account information.
