Boga & Associates contributes the Albania Chapter to the Legal Ratings Survey of Global Real Estate 2017, produced by Allen & Overy Global Law Intelligence Unit and Real Estate Department.

The Legal Ratings Survey of Global Real Estate 2017 exhibits the international law of real estate through the lens of some of the key areas in this practice.

It includes alien ownership of real estate, absolute ownership, proof of title, cost of land transfers, mortgages, control on terms of leases of land, termination of leases, foreign direct investment, development of land and environmental law.

The above matters display a useful view of some of the fundamentals of real estate law in each of the 130 jurisdictions that the survey covers. It is one of the largest surveys of the field.
